Orders placed with Wholesale Cards Direct are subject to the terms and conditions current at the time the order is placed. Terms and conditions may change from time to time.

Artwork

All electronic files should be supplied to the specifications of Wholesale Cards Direct. Specifications for supplying files are listed on our Artwork page. The specifications include file types accepted, page sizes, bleed sizes, perforation positioning, line stroke, and other relevent specifications. Artwork which is not supplied to the specifications as listed may still be printed at the customers risk and responsibility.

Whilst all care is taken in checking files for errors which may affect the quality of the finished print, Wholesale Cards Direct accepts no responsibilty for files which are not print ready, and files are printed as received. Wholesale Cards Direct does not proof read text or confirm details in the received file, so it is the customers responsibility to ensure that all details within the file are correct.

Wholesale Cards Direct does not alter, change, adjust or manipulate received files in any way, and all files are printed as received. Any Design Support provided by Wholesale Cards Direct is done at the scheduled fees, and responsibilty for the finished artwork remains with the customer.

Wholesale Cards Direct does not charge a download fee, artwork fee, or other setup fee, for artwork supplied as print ready.

Orders

Orders placed with Wholesale Cards Direct are not deemed as received until an Order Confirmation is raised and returned to the customer. If an Order Confirmation is not received back with the customer within 3 working hours of sending the artwork, it is the customers responsibility to follow up on the status of the order. 

Orders may be changed or updated prior to the Order Confirmation being returned by the customer and received by Wholesale Cards Direct.

Once the Order Confirmation is signed off by the customer and returned, the order is final and can not be changed or cancelled as the items will be processed through to production.

Printing and Finishing

All Plastic Card and PVC Cards are group print. PMS matches may have some colour shift depending on the card type and finish. CMYK print may have some colour shift depending on the card type and finish.

As there are differences in equipment, materials, inks and other conditions relating to proofing and press room operations, a reasonable variation for the complete job should be expected. 

If you need more informaiton about group print and colour variation, please ask about colour or shade variations, as it is the customers responsibility to understand this concept.

Printing is based on CMYK colours, while computer monitors are based on RGB. Colour proofing cannot be conducted with computer monitors as the colour production method differs to actual printing. A printed colour chart should be referred to when choosing colours. PMS and CMYK colour charts are available in our factory for reviewing colours.

Printing may take between 7 and 10 working days before dispatch of the cards, depending on the type of cards, volumes and options ordered, and overall workloads. Please take this lead time into account when ordering.

Customers warrant that they hold copyright to artwork, or are licenced to authorise reproduction of all artworks, including text, logos, documents, and the like. The customer authorises Wholesale Cards Direct to reproduce any or all of the artworks for their order purposes.

Dispatch

All representations made by Wholesale Cards Direct in relation to shipment date are based on information available at the time of ordering, and Wholesale Cards Direct will not guarantee delivery dates, as production and operations changes on a daily basis. Wholesale Cards Direct will estimate a date that we would reasonably expect the finished products to be available for shipping, but Wholesale Cards Direct can not guaranteed a date as production status can change at any time.

Wholesale Cards Direct will not be liable for any delays to the receipt of the finished product, whether the delays are from within our facilities or from any third party providor, including shipping delays. Under no circumstances will Wholesale Cards Direct be liable for any loss of earning or legal action taken as a result of any delays in production or delivery of any products ordered.

Products are shipped by the most convenient method avaiable to Wholesale Cards Direct. Currently Wholesale Cards Direct ships with Fastway Couriers and Australia Post. Products may be collected from our Moorebank factory.

Responsibility for the finished products are passed to the customer at the time they leave Wholesale Cards Direct. It is the responsibilty of the customer to ensure they have adequate insurance to cover any loss or damage in transit. If the customer requires an additional insurance cover for shipping, please advise Wholesale Cards Direct when placing the order, so the insurance component can be calculated and added to the invoice. Any assistance Wholesale Cards Direct provides in tracking delayed parcels is not an admittance of liability, but an act or assistance for the convenience of the customer.

The customer will upon receipt of the parcel, inspect the carton/s, and in the event of any damage to the cartons, the customer should sign for the goods as damaged with the courier. Cartons not noted as damaged with the courier will not be addressed further, as the courier will not act on cartons signed as received in good order and condition. The customer should inspect the goods upon receipt and advise within 3 working days any errors they beleive exist, noting the invoice number and other relevant details.

Accounts

Wholesale Cards Direct does not have any account customers. All products are paid in full prior to commencement of printing. If unpaid, the files will not be processed to production.

All products are sold ex works.

Other

The customer authorises Wholesale Cards Direct to use finished products for the purpose of photograhing the finished articles for advertising purposed both on the internet and in print. The customer also authorises the use of printed products for use as physical samples for customers. If the customer does not agree to the use of products for these purposes, this may be advised in writing at the time of ordering. 

Wholesale Cards Direct also has a "Portfolio" page on the website showing examples of previous work. Clients may request that their printed products and website links are added to this page, which Wholesale Cards Direct will add to this page at its discretion.
