At Wholesale Cards Direct, we aim to make make your ordeing process simple and effective. Ordering online should be less hassle than having to travel to your local printer, looking for parking, and taking time out, while you are busy running your business. While we deal online, we will still provide you with a personal service to cover your individual requirements.

We will respond with the order confirmation detailing your order request. This will also advise shipping time after payment is processed. Payment may be made by direct deposit or by credit card. Credit Card payments are required where same day shipment of stock items is requested. Stock items can be shipped same day when ordered before 4.00pm. Credit Card payments incur a 2% surcharge.

Step 1 - Choose your product
Browse through the pages to determine the product required and options you may require.
If you require more information, have a specific request for size or additional services, or just want to talk to us, call us on 02 9600 8863 to discuss your requirements.
When you have selected your product requirements, you can create your artwork or have us create the artwork for you. Design fees may apply when we are creating unique artwork for you.
Step 2 - Create your artwork
Supplying your own artwork? We have many handy hints and ideas in our artwork section to help you create your required files to be print ready for our systems.
Need assistance creating unique artwork? At Wholesale Cards Direct, we provide design support services. We have design support staff available to provide assistance to meet your unique plastic card requirements. Ask us about the costs involved in creating your unique artwork or adjustments required to your current artwork. Charges are based on job requirments and start at a low $22.
Step 3 - Submit your order with your design
It is important that you verify your artwork before you send. Please follow the checklist on the template to help ensure that your artwork is complete and ready to send.

Step 4 - Order Confirmation and Approval
Once we have received your file, we will review your file and print requirements.
We will create a Sales Order for the item/s required, which will details the items, shipping address and total order amount including shipping to you or collection from our Moorebank Factory.
We will email back to you the Sales Order and copy of the file which will be printed, called a Proof File. This is to ensure that what you sent is what we received, and is what is printed. You will need to check this file copy to ensure that nothing is missing and therefore, what you require.
Once you have checked and are satisfied with the details in the Sales Order and Proof File, you can reply to the email advising everything correct and approved for print. Instructions will be in the email received. It is important that at this stage everything is correctly checked, as this file will be printed, and is printed with your approval. Once approved, the file can not be changed.
Step 5 - Payment and Printing
Once you have sent back your approval for printing, payment may be processed by Direct Deposit, Cheque, In Person or over the phone by Credit Card.

Step 6 - Printing and Delivery
Final Approval to Delivery usually takes 7-10 working days depending on the product. We will advise this with the Order Confirmation. Some remote areas may have slightly longer shipping times.
Stock items can be same day shipment when ordered and paid before 4.00pm. We ship Australia Wide.
